But in fact it really tastes best eaten the day it is baked...
prep your crust , then prepare the filling.. You can refrigerate the filling overnight in a fairly small container, then bake thanks giving morning

You can make it today. You could have made it last week. But you'll need adequate fridge space to keep it until Thursday. (If you'd made it last week, you'd have needed to freeze it.)
