I have a question about the recipe "Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts" from DebIFF. can I prepare them a day ahead? If so how should I store them?

I find that re-heating Brussels sprouts turns them mushy. I would prepare them on the day you're eating them. What you can do the night before is cut the BS and store them in a ziplock bag in the fridge overnight.
