The recipe is the roux/beschamel base w/ cheese and chorizo. After frying and cooling them thoroughly,then freezing, will they defrost and reheat nice and creamy? i seem to remember 'yes' but just thought i'd check. thx much.

Yes, they should be fine. I would let them defrost in the fridge and then re-heat
