The question is unclear, can you try again? Usually you dry tomatoes in the sun without herbs anyway, or are you trying to hydrate sun dried tomatoes in oil with herbs or something like that?
i have a food dehydrator which i have dried the cut tomatoes , now when they are semi dried , i need to add a mix of herbs & spices to the oil & place them in a jar
& leave . what herbs & spices are required to give nice flavour

It partly depends on your own tastes. You could use just one herb, such as thyme or rosemary. A combination of all or any of the following would be OK. This will make plenty, you probably won't need to use all of it, just save the rest in a jar with a tight lid.
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried fennel seed
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
let me try this mix & i will let you know how good it is
p.s. You could add a gently smashed (but still whole) garlic clove to your jar of tomatoes.
