Planter's Punch! It's a favorite summer drink of ours and is great made in large quantities. Here's a recipe I love: http://www.marthastewart.com/1004483/planter%E2%80%99s-punch
Mai-Tais are one of my favorite beach-y drinks. In order to make the process easier you can premix everything in a large pitcher or two and just shake with ice and strain as need be! They will taste just as delicious.
Here's the recipe and booze that I have been using:
1 oz Jamaican Rum - Appleton Estate V/O
1 oz Martinician Rhum - Mount Gay Eclipse Gold
0.5 oz Orange Curacao - Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao (do not use the cheap triple sec as it will ruin the drink. Pardon the elitism.)
0.75 oz Lime Juice - Freshly squeezed of course
0.5 oz Orgeat - Should be relatively easy to find at your local grocery store. There really is no substitute for it either.
0.25 oz Simple Syrup - dissolve equal parts sugar in water or I just use light Agave syrup if in a rush.
Mix all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice, garnish with a lime shell and a sprig of mint. Those mini umbrellas should feel right at home in this concoction.
Uh-oh, it added before I had a chance to add the question. I'm throwing an (indoor, winter) beach party next week, and need some ideas for easy-to-make and/or cheap beachy drinks to serve a crowd of ~20 (mini-umbrella compatibility preferred). Any recommendations/recipes?

There was also a Food52 contest for your Best Punch that may give you some ideas.
