go to your local Pho, or Wok house and ask if you can buy them. If you don't need much they might even give them to you... Also local Asian market will have them for sure

Most major supermarkets carry Sichuan peppercorns. If not do you have a Whole Foods, Fairway or Trader Joes near you? Williams-Sonoma or Sur La Table will have I bet.
