steak and cheese tart

I have sandwich steaks. I have butternut squash which I was going to roast. I have pizza dough. I am thinking of making a tart. A layer of ricotta cheese, the sauteed steaks, with onion of course, the squash and some shredded mozz or cheddar. I think it sounds good any suggestions...
