How to reheat cold white rice?

If you don't have a microwave, crumble into a non-stick skillet. Add 1Tb or so of water. Cover and steam on low-medium heat.

Or you could go all Chinese and prepare fried rice in a wok with egg, peas and pork (if you are a pigophile).

I microwave it with a moist paper towel spread on top of it, and it in essence steams while it heats.

Put into microwaveable container, add some water (1-2tbsp is enough), microwave until warm. Enjoy.

Alternatively, make rice porridge. Or rice pudding. Or casserole.
