You can make granita di cafe with some cocoa powder dissolved in the hot coffee/sugar mixture before freezing. Or do a classic granita, with just a bit of shaved dark chocolate on top. Either way, relatively light/low on calorie meter - unless there's a big dollop of cream on top (just use a couple teaspoons of unsweetened fresh whipped cream instead - really all that's needed.) Or, coat strawberries in dark chocolate - but use rather big strawberries, so the proportion of fruit to chocolate is high - and you only need a couple per person.
When I want to serve a great chocolate dessert that is lower in calories, I make either my Chocolate Mousse recipe or my Pots de Creme recipe and do them in demitasse cups. The tiny portion ensures there's not a lot of calories, and the cups make a really pretty presentation.
Sounds cliche, but any chocolate dessert you really enjoy, just in a smaller portion and not too often. Sometimes light and low calorie (even in bigger portions) doesn't satisfy that "decadence craving" (sweet tooth).
most chocolate puddings, thickened with egg yolks and cornstarch are relatively low in calories in comparison to other chocolate desserts. If you substitute milk with almond milk, and use a sugar substitute, it would be even lower.
I would suggest the frozen bananas dipped in mexican chocolate ganache and spicy honeyed peanuts posted by indieculinary here on Food52. Its an easy recipe and healthier with the banana rather than ice cream.
