What are some other holiday desserts for a crowd and are easily made ahead of time?

I've been tasked with making desserts this year and I need at least 3 to 4 desserts for 15 people. I've decided on a fruit tart and pecan shortbread with chocolate. I just need at least one more dessert to round everything out. Maybe chocolate?

You mentioned pecan shortbread with chocolate. If you are leaving off the chocolate, these pecan bars are like mini pecan pies in bar form. I would make a sling out of parchment or foil to help with removing from pan. https://www.landolakes.com/recipe/17205/classic-pecan-pie-bars/

Do something chilked, easy in a single dish. A refrigerator cake (British, often chocolate or fruit flavored, uses cookies and some kind of cream or frosting, no more baking needed). Throwback but good - Tiramisu. Trifle. Each can be boozy, or not, to taste.
By the way, if your third dessert is chocolate flavored, I would leave the chocolate off the pecan pie, to differentiate more among the three desserts.
