How about an ice cream sundae bar with a couple of homemade sauces? (This one is amazing, with good chocolate and cocoa powder it is great - http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Hot-Fudge-Sauce-109144). You could also have whipped cream, chopped toasted nuts, and fresh sliced fruit (strawberries, raspberries, bananas).
