Red Flannel Hash
2 c. Corned beef
1 can beets
1 onion, medium
2 tsp parsley flakes, dried
2 1/2 c. Potatoes, diced, cooked
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp Veg Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 c. 1/2 & 1/2
Cook hash and place in serving tray. Cook eggs over easy (or scrambled) place on top of hash. 2 eggs and hash below are 1 serving. (Ham can also be used in substitution for corned beef)
