Turned the often off with for last few minutes of roasting porkchops. Forgot them overnight. Must I toss?

Oh yeah. Not even fit for dog food, unfortunately. I suspect many of us have been there. Too much multi-tasking, you know.

If this were college, I'd eat them all day long. Unfortunately, we're responsible adults now. Too long in the danger zone, throw them out.

Yes, you must throw them out. Sorry to say it. Low temp overnight is a problem.

As it pertains to food, always, "when in doubt, throw it out." Yes, I'm sorry to say you would be risking the health of whomever you fed those pork chops to. I wouldn't...

Yes I think so, unfortunately... I could be wrong, but a dark warm place (like a turned-off oven) sounds like a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Sorry! :(
