Refrigeration question

I’m planning on serving roasted asparagus wrapped in prosciutto (after roasting) as an hors d’oeuvres. If I roast the asparagus in the morning to avoid last-minute work, do I have to refrigerate them? Would wrap them in prosciutto hours later.

I suspect this answer is too late to be useful, but here goes. I’d say it’s OK not to refrigerate the asparagus after roasting, as long as you serve the same day and add the prosciutto just before serving. If you want to add the prosciutto in advance, definitely refrigerate until serving.
