Thomas Keller's brownies from the Ad Hoc At Home cookbook are ridiculous but excellent.

I am a huge fan of Nigella Lawson's Brownies - from her book 'How to be a Domestic Goddess'. Don't even think about the calories in them though....http://www.food.com/recipe/nigella-lawson-brownies-32053
