What is the perfect ratio of brown sugar to granulated sugar in brownies?

The recipe calls for 1+1/2 cup of sugar and i want to know the best ratio to create chewy and fudgy brownies

Chocolover...there's a recipe at handle the heat website specifically developed to make chewy brownies, with paragraphs on each ingredient and why/how to use it to foster the desired chewy texture.
BTW, the recipe developer there favors 100% granulated sugar.
