Does the corn have to be cooked (grilled or boiled) or can I use raw corn?

These work fine with cooked corn kernels, too. Just FYI. Great recipe, by the way. I've made them several times, adapting the herbs and spices. ;o)

According to the recipe, you use raw corn. Cooking the patties will cook the corn.
