Regarding the Chicken Liver Mousse recipe.

Do you have a recipe that doesn't include alcohol? Some of us can't have it in any form... and it does not cook off, despite some claims.

Try a dark balsamic vinegar, but make sure it's not too heavy on the acid

You can substitute apple or orange juice for the port.
