I have a question about the recipe "Tarte Tatin" from erinmcdowell. Can I use a glass pie pan for non-stovetop tarte tatin, or do I need to use a skillet?

Hopefully Erin will weigh in too, but I think that a pie pan would be fine.

Yes, absolutely! You can use a glass pie pan, or any oven-safe vessel.
