How can I salvage my turkey avgolemono, the lemon taste is too strong? I halved the recipe and wonder if I add another quart of chicken stock?

Start by adding a cup of broth at a time and keep tasting. Also sometimes adding a little salt helps balance the acidity -- but be careful not to over salt or you'll have two issues!
