Turkey for 10

I deep-fried a 15lb turkey (golden perfection) for 10 people. Leftovers were perfect quantity.

I'd recommend buying the largest turkey you can fit into your oven. That's what we do, and we're always happy with the results. :)

Figure about 1.5 pounds per person.
