I have a question about the recipe "Borrachos" from lastnightsdinner. I had already soaked my beans overnight. Then found this recipe. How much water to use now that they are soaked and drained

I would add water enough to fully cover the beans, plus an extra inch or two over the surface. Keep a watch over them and add boiling water as needed, and as it is absorbed by the beans.
