delicious. cook cornmeal (grits) in a saucepan with hot water. turn out. chill. slice. bake in oven or fry on stovetop. use like bread, rice or pasta as base for stews, sauces, cheese. enjoy.

You can also purchase already cooked polenta in tubes. Then you just remove the plastic, slice and reheat however you like (fry pan, oven, etc.)
