There are so many great recipes to try and I'm sure many on this site. Although this one is from a different site, it is one I use all the time and it is absolutely delicious! One of my favorite oven-fried chicken recipe has chicken that marinates for 24 hours in a buttermilk mixture. Doesn't affect the texture adversely and has fabulous flavor. Again it is refrigerated.
