How do you communicate with other chef on the line to make the food come out at the same time

Give them a "minute" call--so if you're food's coming up in 5 minutes, or two minutes, say that. That being said, you also need to keep in mind how much time their dish is going to take, and make sure that they're giving you the same consideration.
