Does anyone have any tasty Diabetes friendly Recipes?

We're in the process of creating a little diabetes friendly cook book, to emphasize that being diabetic doesn't mean you have to eat flavourless or bland food. Here they are, http://www.activebrokers.co.uk/blog/recipes/. I'd love to hear if you have any other ideas!

Anyone who's lived with or cooked for more than one diabetic at a time will tell you that Diabetes is not a "one size fits all" situation. Many of the recipes that are out there labeled "diabetic friendly" would kill some of the folks I know.

That said, Barbara Seelig-Brown has written a fairly comprehensive book, "The Stress-Free Diabetes Kitchen," http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=Barbara%20Seelig-Brown that is quite comprehensive and tasty, to boot. You might like to check that out.
