Is the amount of duck supposed to be 1 pound plus 6 ounces, rather than 1 ounce plus 6 ounces?

Liz D, you are absolutely correct, it's should be 1lb and 6 oz (or whatever the meat from one duck amounts to). Thanks for catching the typo, I will go ahead and correct the quantities in the recipe.

Good question. I don't know but 7 ounces of duck for meatballs for 6 servings sounds strange.
