How to cook bulgur 1 cup

Ha, just did this last night. Put it in a bowl and pour two cups of boiling water over it. When it reaches the desired softness, drain the excess water in a fine sieve. For me this took about twenty minutes. (N.B. Read that in Turkey no "respectable" woman would expect to get a husband by hydrating her bulgur with water. Onion juice is king. I must try this.)
