I'll eat saltines with Campbells Chicken Noodle (which let's face it, I crave whenever I get a cold due to my childhood.) However, when I make the "real thing" - homemade chicken soup starting with the whole organic chicken, I want something more special than store bought crackers on the side. Maybe homemade crackers are the answer? Although Shindig, those pretzel rolls might fit the salt bill perfectly. I'm printing off the recipe now. Thanks!
