Has anyone cooked with emu? Looking for methods and recipes. Thanks!

I cook it just like beef. I grill it a lot and left overs reheat for anther meal nicely. I have Alpha-Gal so no mammals for me.

I've had emu chili. The spices masked the 'gamey' flavor. Sorry no recipe.

Part two - it is a bit "gamey" so consider a sauce to soften the taste; but, by itself a very tasty and healthy meat.

What cut of meat ? Steak, loin, ground ... ?
