I have a question about the recipe "Raspberry Fruit Roll-Ups" from Miranda Keyes . How long can you store the fruit roll ups? Fridge or room temp? Wondering because the commercial version is long life shelf store and guessing home would not be.

The National Center for Home Food Preservation says fruit leathers stored in plastic can last for a month at room temperature or can be frozen for up to a year. (http://nchfp.uga.edu/how...)
