With that much yeast, I'd say absolutely no longer than overnight (12 - 15 hours or so) - this said after decades of making dinner rolls, sticky buns, etc. and refrigerating before baking. Any longer than that will detrimentally affect the texture and taste of the rolls. ;o)
Hi Blaire, in the comments, Hannah, the recipe author, notes that the rolls can hang out in the refrigerator for a few days, and also says, "I would tie them though right before you pop them in the oven instead of when you refrigerate."
