Can defrosted puff pastry be refrozen?

I want to make apple turnovers with defrosted puff pastry. I would then like to freeze some uncooked ones. Is this possible.

No problem, just make sure to wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

Sure you can....I do it all the time with Little Mushroom Pinwheels and Little Spinach Pinwheels.
