A question about a recipe: Sweet Potato Casserole with Brown Sugar Fluff

I have a question about the recipe " Sweet Potato Casserole with Brown Sugar Fluff" from Ashley Rodriguez. Can any of this recipe be made in advance? Perhaps the sweet potatoes could be put in the casserole dish and then refrigerated before baking? Just trying to make Thanksgiving a bit less crazy, thanks!

i think that would work just fine! you could probably make the potatoes and the topping a day or two ahead (storing them separately), and then assemble and bake right before serving.
