Can any of this recipe be made in advance? Perhaps the sweet potatoes could be put in the casserole dish and then refrigerated before baking? Just...

i think that would work just fine! you could probably make the potatoes and the topping a day or two ahead (storing them separately), and then assemble and bake right before serving.
