How far in advance can I make the Mushroom Barley soup by Berna?

This soup is a hit at my Thanksgiving celebration but I am working 6 hours the day of Thanksgiving and the Monday and Tuesday before so I am short of prep-time this year!

Most mushroom barley improve (the flavor deepens, mixes) on keeping.
There's no explicit keeping instructions, but cooked barley can keep 3-5 days refrigerated, So you could take you cue from that and make the soup as early as Sunday for Thursday.
