I want to blast my turkey at 500 degrees like one of your post's suggested. Approximately how long should I cook it if it weighs 19.5 lbs?

Yes! It should be *about* ten minutes per pound at this method. (Oven temps can vary a bit.) I would make sure that you tuck the wings to prevent them from burning.
