Do you mean something like a nesco roaster? One of our editors addressed nesco-roasting here: https://food52.com/hotline/29822-nesco-roasting, but there's also a good bit of reference info on their site: http://www.nesco.com/recipes/?foods%5B%5D=400&submit=recipe&uid=21 (Although it looks like the cook time is fairly standard: 15 to 20 minutes at a medium-heat roast. What temperature are you roasting on?)
My general rule of thumb is 13 minutes per pound, but that also depends on whether it's a fresh or frozen bird, and whether it's stuffed or not (13 minutes per pound for an unstuffed, fresh turkey). Frozen turkeys I'm not sure, but if you let us know somebody should be able to help.
Obviously it's too late for this, but a 25 pound turkey is absolutely ginormous. If I'm feeding a crowd I opt for two 12-14 pound turkeys cooked side-by-side and rotated halfway through.
