Slice no more than 1/4" thick, line cookie sheet with foil, spray lightly with oil. Bake at 425 for about 8-10 minutes. First toss with 1 Tablespoon oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp sugar.

Peel the sweet potatoes, slice thin on the short side, line cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake at 375 until done - about 15 min.
