Unstuffed it should take between 4 to 5 hours at 325° F. Stuffed will take longer and brined will take less time though!
There are other options though like using a high temperature to crisp up the skin (this recipe calls for a 15 pound turkey, but should be adjustable to 22!): https://food52.com/recipes...
Just make sure that a meat thermometer reads the internal temperature at 165° F.
Like overnight, but easier.
