I want to make a Tortiere (traditional French Canadian Pork Pie). The recipe I have calls for canned cream of celery soup. I'd rather not use canned soup. Does anyone have a good recipe?

I've made this soup several times it it is delicious. Minus the apple and blue cheese, it should work well for your application. http://find.myrecipes.com...
