I have a question about the recipe "Spinach Ricotta Pie" from Lizthechef. I would like to make the spinach pie in a 9/13" casserole dish and double it. Any thoughts on how long to cook it?
check it at the time it states in the recipe, then use a toothpick to see if the eggs are set. If they aren't I would check it every five minutes or so, until set and golden.
