i prepared a pumpkin pie have left over mix for another pie the mix has been sitting out 2 days can I still bake a pie with it

100 times no! Pumpkin pie mix does not have enough of any antibacterial ingredients- sugar, salt, acid- to even consider this. Baking the mixture is not likely to kill off any harmful bacteria that have grown in the mix, nor will freezing the mixture. Even if the mixture was made of liquid gold and unicorn tears, I would toss it.
It's sweet, salty, and just a little bit tangy.
