I have a question about the recipe "Crispy Berbere Chicken" from feastingathome. Would the "Crispy Berbere Chicken" recipe work ok with boneless, skinless chicken thighs?
It's the skin that makes it crispy, so not really.
I've done such recipes using skinless bone-in thighs. I rarely use boneless..unless it's for a soup or stir fry. To add some crispy texture to the chicken, some ground nuts (pistachios come to mind) or panko style breadcrumbs work well.
