When using coconut or almond flour as a replacement for all purpose flour...do there need to be any adjustments?

It depends on the recipe.
Almond flour is mostly fat. For some recipes it may be a poor substitute, for others it might be fine.
If you are inquiring about a specific recipe you are reading online, your first step should be to contact the recipe's author.
