Don't worry about the exact amount of yeast when making baked goods...a teaspoon of yeast (about 0.1 oz) is plenty to raise a couple loaves of bread, and any more than a packet (2 1/4 tsp or 0.25 oz) will just leave your baked good with a yeasty taste.

I believe the standard packet size is 0.25 ounces. Happy baking! :)
