Night before cinnamon rolls?

Can anyone suggest a recipe or strategies for preparing cinnamon rolls the night before and baked in the morning?

Proof the dough, roll out and shape the rolls then pop them in the fridge covered with plastic wrap. They'll turn out great. I use this recipe and it's stupid good.
