I have a question about the recipe "Cheese and Herb Star Bread" from Posie Harwood. What should the consistency of the dough be. - mine is a tad wet - should I add more flour? Thanks, nt

Yes - add a little bit so it doesn't stick too much to your fingers or the counter top. The dough should be soft, though, so not too much!
