Inexpensive places for dinner in Brooklyn that will have vegan options for friends? Thanks!

I will have two teens with me who would probably love to go where the all the cool young people hang out (please tell me where that is!)

Where the cool young people are (I will have two teens with me) AND someplace near subway to Manhattan... I am thinking of driving to somewhere in Brooklyn and parking. I'm not sure if I should plan around place for dinner or easy parking (does that exist?) Thanks for any advice!

There are so many great places to choose from! Champs in Bushwick is great, and Dunwell Donuts around the corner is all vegan as well. Vinnie's Pizza in Wiliamsburg or Greenpoint make great vegan pies too.
