I forgot to separate my eggs before making the key lime pie. Will the whites really ruin it? Do I have to start over?

However, for a traditional, uncooked Key Lime pie, it would almost certainly be too much liquid.

Thanks. I just went ahead and baked it. I couldn't bear the thought of squeezing another bag of key limes! The texture is slightly different, but it tastes fine.

Been there. It hurts and almost burns, squeezing all those limes. Yeah, the texture is firmer and it might taste a bit egg-ier.

Depends on the recipe, I think. There are recipes that use whole eggs on just the yolks. Here's one: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/key-lime-pie-recipe.html

What recipe are you using?
